This handsome high-output luminaire proclaims the distinctive classic contours of the luminous torch. In both performance and appearance Series SGO excels. Its borosilicate glass prismatic globe is impervious to ultra-violet (UV) rays and therefore, retains its original light transmission capacity, never turning yellow, or, opaque. Its patterns of deeply molded refracting prisms deliver high output lumens with a subtle pleasing sparkle. Because this type of glass is tempered and very hard, it works well with currently available high wattage HID lamps.

Being made of high-strength cast aluminum, the base of the luminaire is resistant to damage from human attack, time and weather. Mates tastefully with a variety of posts, period and contemporary.
